I’ve ordered from vapeclub multiple times before and I’ve never had an issue with an order - they’ve always kept their delivery and dispatch promise and got everything spot on every time. The one time I did have an issue with my order wasn’t major as I had ordered a flavour very similar to the one which was accidentally delivered. I got in touch with Sebastian over live chat who advised me to send over a picture with my invoice and the items delivered, and as soon as I did this, Sebastian came back with a brilliant resolution. I was happy to keep the mistaken flavour but the team at VapeClub went above and beyond and shipped out the missing flavour without requesting return of the incorrectly shipped one. I’ve never had a company go this above and beyond for me before and I’m honestly so happy with them. I’d recommend everyone to shop from them for fair prices and unbeaten customer service!
