First experience with vape club was finding a vape kit that was almost 50% more expensive anywhere else so I was attracted to the site straight away, then went on to order more items like coils and juices and they were exceptional quality and again prices. Post and packaging very quick and good quality lined postage envelopes. Unfortunately had an issue with my vape it developed a technical fault, not blaming vape club these things happen. Wasn’t being too optimistic contacting customer service however I was blown away with the empathy they’d shown and top class quality of care the provided me in firstly giving some guides to try and fix the kit and even go research the rare fault my vape developed, they were constantly in touch quick reply’s and I just knew I was in good hands. Ended up we couldn’t resolve the matter it was indeed an unfixable fault so they kindly asked me to pick another vape as the one I initially bought was discontinued, unfortunately, however I was still very grateful they gave me this very kind gesture. They opted for good customer service and to provide a first time resolution which they certainly have, very pleased customer. I will continue to use Vapeclub for all my Vape, coil and juice needs and for anything else one stop shop for vapers :) shout out to Jack and Sebastian in customer service and the whole of the Vape club team 👍🏼
