The staff at the Barnstaple store gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision on which products were best suited for my requirements when I quit smoking back in 2019. I used to go to the Barnstaple store every time I needed anything even if it was just information or advice about certain products I had previously bought. The guys were always very friendly and had vast knowledge about the products they sell. Due to worsening mobility issues I am now unable to visit the store which is not an issue because the website is very intuitive. I have placed 20 orders on the website and never once had a problem. I buy my liquids in high quantities, in doing so the price is very favorable because the more you buy the cheaper they become because of the various discounts available.
