First 2 experiences wasn’t very good, I am new to vaping as I was trying to quit cigarettes. I was told all the wrong information and given the wrong advice/help. Following a further visit due to having what I thought was a faulty vape I still had no joy, I then went back a third time and saw the manager who was very helpful spent the time needed to explain about coils ect and fixed the problem. I will now only go in store when the manager is there as I know I will be given the correct information and advice needed
