From the start this company was very poor. I was on hold for 80 mins after buying the policy as I had to activate the policy. Customer service were very rude. After going over all the info again after I had already put in all online I was then told I would have to pay an additional £25.00 to amend the policy as I had put something incorrect online. What a joke of a company. All the negative reviews say it all really 👍
