Good product - reasonable price - appalling delivery! I paid extra for 24 hour delivery and gave detailed instructions for the possibility of not being in. I received both text and e-mail from Mail UK to confirm the delivery slot. In the event, I WAS in - but no attempt was made to deliver. When I checked the tracking information UK Mail indicated that they had attempted to deliver, but alleged that no one was available to receive the goods; an outright lie! I e-mailed them to complain and they totally ignored my complaint. The following day the parcel was delivered and UK Mail e-mailed me to tell me that my situation was now resolved. Shocking contempt for customers. Really lousy delivery company. If your reputation is important to you, you should review your delivery procedures.
