Poor customer service with poor attitude
Long waiting time on phone 50 minutes on several occasions does anyone ever answer the phones , just put you on hold.
Cancellation of policy notice even after taking the time to eventually speak to an operator disclosing* the relevant details.
Wished I had never bothered with this company .
