Hello i recieved pdf of my documents that is password protected so i cannot open it so there for cannot prove im insured
Plus my van isnt showing up as insured on the motor insurance database, so naturally im a little worried to be honest. I recieved a verification phone call which ended in me being upgraded to full comprehensive from 3rd party fire and theft at the same policy cost but and increase in excess, starting to feel like ive been scamed.
