TERRIBLE! AWFUL! TOTAL SCAM!
Tried to cancel on the day I took out the insurance. Called time after time. Spent hours on hold. Requested countless call backs. Sent emails. Got nothing back!
Have cancelled the direct debit so van compare can go swivel.
Dreadful company.
The list of unhappy and negative reviews proves it.
Have reported van compare to BBC’s rogue traders and they are following up mine and others cases.
