Transferred to a new policy on the day I px’d the old van…… they never cancelled the old policy, even though I spoke to them 6 times on the day of px.
Then they sent threatening reminders for repayments on the old policy AND asked for more money on the new policy!
Absolutely shocking customer service, and no response to emails….. steer clear!
