Hi I ordered 2 van steps online for a Peugeot Boxer and a Ford Transit 3 boxes arrived the 1st time with Roof Racks in them and one step I called and spoke to a guy called Alan who was very helpful and tried to resolve the problem he asked me to keep hold of these boxes and he would send out a new order which should have been 3 boxes only 2 arrived the 3rd box he had to find and then get it sent out again I know have 6 boxes in my Garage and none of them seem to be what I have ordered or I've it is I cant work out what box goes with what there are lots of brackets nuts and bolts etc but they were all loose in the boxes,I have orderedfrom this company before and had no problems this might be down to staff shortages etc I dont know but not sure how they will rectify this problem as I am still awaiting my order.
