Hi,
The Rhino Roof Rack that I ordered arrived in damaged boxes. Both were open at the tops. There was a small dent in one of the side rails where the two meet. It looked to me as though someone had ordered the wrong size rack, tried to fit it, then realised and put it back into the box and returned it.
Generally happy with the rack it self, just didn't have time to return it for an un-damaged one as I required the van with rack fitted for the following week. It would be nice if I received some compensation, that would increase my rating of Van Essentials.
