Product quality (adjustable dumbbell set) is second to none. I know they are a little expensive but boy was I happy when I got them. Simply awesome and such a space saver. Valley fitness were a pleasure to deal with, although it would have been nice to have been informed that my item was out of stock and delayed without me having to chase it up, but was politely offered a full refund if I preferred not to wait. That's pretty good service. Once in stock they were delivered promptly and they rock! To be honest it was the LIFETIME warranty that swayed me. Love the dumbbells, love the warranty, very happy with Valley Fitness service. No hesitation in buying from Valley again.
