Don't buy from Vale Apr 2023 • Couples Thought I'd found a piece of heaven when I bought a caravan at Liskey Hill holiday park, salesman was great.....until they got your money, then it went downhill. It was lovely at first until Vale decided to change things with no care or consultation with owners. They took away the shop as well as the games room, hardly cut the grass I had a lot of problems with the caravan after I'd bought it and cost me a small fortune to put things right as Vale weren't interested . The mud was treacherous at times when it rained, people slipping over, car slidding everywhere, cars having to be towed out of the mud, again Vale did nothing after many complaints about it., doesn't seem to be any health and safety regs adhered to.There were a few staff members like Lee who would do anything to help, the rest were hardly anywhere to be found with the office shut more than open. New caravans constantly being bought in and left for weeks on the roadside, blocking guests views of the sea which is not what they pay for! Site manager was of no use, hardly around and the salesman /handyman was always busy.....doing nothing! When I sold up, they delayed payment and overcharged for the electric per unit used, so I don't recommend you buy a caravan here but it's nice for a holiday if you rent privately off owners and not through Vale . Buyer beware
