Dear engineer
We like our new dyson. We were very unhappy to wait six weeks for it as we had paid up front. When I asked at the office able a small refund I had no reply. When the first engineer came and sold us the smaller dyson he did not mend the extension as it had a hole in it. He wouldn’t mend it as he said we should get the new one within a week. Is it possible that we could have a months free instalment of your plan, as a good will token. Hope to hear from you. Regards Mrs j brown
