Extremely poor service. Engineer came. took almost 2 hours, didn't correctly identify the fault.
I asked another company to come the next day as machine was still broken. The other engineer identified problem in less then 10 minutes (broken back bearing on machine drum, fluid leaking all down back of machine and floor).
Asked for a Domestix for a refund. A month later got a call for domestix to say they won't give a refund as the money I paid was for a 'call out fee' not to identify/fix the problem. Don't use this company.
