I wanted to upgrade my camera, i had an old HD CCTV camera with an old synology nas, I contacted a number of companies for information as i really did not know what to look for. Use-IP came back and were extremely helpful i asked question after question and then went back and asked more, they were extremely helpful so i bought my equipment from them, The camera and NVR i purchased are exceptional and i think cheaper than my old camera. I have also come back for after sales support and they have been great. I would highly recommend using this company.
