Really disappointed to find out I had been sold a legacy product which is only compatible with Internet Explorer despite the Hikvision website saying otherwise. The camera otherwise is great, just the fact I am going to have to maintain a Legacy windows install (so we can keep IE working) or install the iVMS software is really disappointing. "The user manual on the Hikvision website is out of date and the old plugins for other browsers no longer work, so as discussed on the phone you will either need to use IE or iVMS-4200" Had I known this at the time I would never have purchased it!!! - Buyer beware and don't trust the Hikvision documents!
