Order # 1000017988 placed 20 April 2024.
Absolutely no indication given of delay to contracted 2-3 days delivery of goods ordered.
Order still not recieieved.
Delivery address changed on 23 April 2024 to enable reciept of order in London prior to my departure to Canada on 1 May 2024.
By any standard the service provided by Use-IP is highly unsatisfactory. I have made every effort to accommodate a delay to supply that I was not made aware of.
Perhaps one star is too generous.
