I knew very little about CCTV when I contacted Use-IP. After a very good briefings from Dan and Kyle I placed an order for two 4K cameras with Color-Vu. One camera turned out to be faulty, its focal distance set too far so any intruder in my front garden would be muzzy. Kyle acted with tremendous urgency, assuring me it would be sorted out, and indeed it was. The camera was replaced and the new one was pin sharp across the frame. Througout, Kyle kept me informed and up to date. On the strength of that, I added a third camera and will certainly use (and recommend) Use-IP again. Many thanks!
