I have been dealing with use=IP for a number of years and quite a few camera purchases; I have always had excellent service. The live chat is really efficient and the staff are very knowledgeable. On the one occasion where I bought a camera that didn't suit my purpose (my own decision) use-IP took it back and set me up with an alternative without fuss or delay.
