The first time i've bought CCTV equipment. I had a fair idea what i was looking for, even down to certain models, however had a few queries also. The team at Use IP were quick to respond to my enquiry, with no pressure to make a rushed purchase. Once ordered, items arrived promptly with plenty of updates from Use IP and their couriers. Overall very pleased and would buy again (and have already made a 2nd purchase for something i forgot off my initial order). One improvement would be if they move to using a greener alternative to the plastic air bags which they use within the shipping boxes - the airbags say they're made by a company over in mainland Europe, so double-not-green shipping those to the UK first :(
