I found the Jersey I was looking for at an amazing price with the sale that was running at the time. I bought 3 more after the first one and one of the jerseys was too small so I sent an email to see about exchanging it. I received a response within 24 hours. The response let me know that I could exchange and that they would pull the item I needed from inventory so it would be available when they got my return. It felt like dealing with a local shop versus the don’t know don’t care service I’ve come to expect from the big chain stores. I can’t rave enough about them. Sad thing is that it wasn’t major that they did. It was just that little care that came through the email that made a difference to me. /end rant :) thanks team.
