I ordered a Pittsburgh Steelers jersey in August 2022, but returned the item immediately by recorded delivery as it was too small. Having sent three different emails to ask for a refund, I have still not received any reply or refund over six months later. This is effectively theft and I will therefore be reporting USA Sports to Trading Standards.
