I regularly let two properties with Urban village. They are efficient , quick to respond, and make me feel as a landlord that I am their only customer. Suzanne the owner and Daniella who I predominantly liaise with enable me to manage the properties from a distance in the knowledge that they cover all bases.. They even remind me when certain legal checks need doing for example the electrical checks. As a result the whole changeover of tenants is seamless and I know everything is done properly before I take over the day to day management. Why would I go anywhere else.
