I ordered 3 pairs of SAXX underwear which sadly didn’t arrive by the delivery date. I emailed US a couple of days later and eventually got a reply to say they were back in stock and would be dispatched. As I was away at the time I’m not sure whe. they arrived but they were waiting on my doorstep when I got home. I’m sure normally service would be excellent but I would have appreciated an email to say they would be later arriving.
