I've ordered multiple items from them. However, the email response team, individuals are shocking. Blunt, rude and not helpful. Other work colleagues have also had similar experiences in the same area. Just condescending overall. Still not been able to return a visor that I was misinformed on. So I'm stuck with that and can't do anything with it. When deliveries questions are put to them they also have complete lack of interest and just pass the blame. It's a shame.
