It's been a year since I installed my AC through Urban Cooling and the process of installation, customer care and payment were nothing but excellent and outstanding. The only reason I did not provide a 5-star is because the low water pressure caused by the AC which resulted in the unit shut down is still not resolved yet. And I'm confident that it will be resolved soon by the excellent staff in the operation and maintenance division.
