We had Urban Cooling install a customised Daikin system in our home and from the outset, we understood that this was going to be an extremely complex operation. Tony Ellerker and Mark Cullen guided us through exactly what was required throughout the planning and execution process, and also went above and beyond to analyse the situation before any work was undertaken. Mark patiently responded to every question I had on the installation and commissioning process, and also provided his professional insight where relevant. While there were issues during the installation and commissioning process that affected the full operation of the units, Tony and Mark refused to let those go unresolved and fully compensated for them. Moreover, although there were other issues with the units post-commissioning that also affected their full operation, Urban Cooling did not require any further payment until those issues were resolved (and I have to commend the engineer, Martin, who tirelessly ensured that all issues were rectified). Understandably, this system is priced at a higher level, but given the service levels received (also from Erin who scheduled the servicing appointments), this premium explains itself.
