I bought this for my daughter who lives in a listed building in London. The sales process and initial quote process is very good and slick. We had some issues with installation which I wasn’t happy with - this was also complicated as we were doing a total renovation and had to liaise with builders and kitchen fitters too. One of the Directors phoned me twice to resolve issues and we came to a satisfactory solution. The product is fantastic and looks great. My suggestion is that when planning, be clear on both sides on dates and expectations. My daughter is delighted with the product and so although we had some frustrations with the installation I would highly recommend this company. I do a lot of house renovations and rarely do you have senior directors ring to make sure they try to resolve things. They went really high up in my estimation for the way they handled things for me. For the product alone I would give 5 stars it is really nice.
