The engineer was very professional, friendly, and thorough.
The only issue was that we have had this Appt booked 3 or 4 times, it got cancelled again and again - often at short notice. As my wife and I had rearranged work commitments to be in the flat for the Appt, and I had to shift a large amount of stuff away from the condenser every time the Appt was set up these cancellations were really frustrating.
So, poor organisation prior to the service, but the service itself was a positive experience
