The site survey was thorough and informative from someone who genuinely understood and believed in the product, which gave us confidence in our selection. The two installers did a fantastic job and managed to hide all the pipes and cables with no need for trunking – the Toshiba units are not small, but are as discrete as they can and actually look quite smart. They arranged for the electrician and decorators on our behalf who arrived when expected. There was a requirement to make several holes to conceal the pipes etc, but once the decorator finished, it was impossible to see where they had been. All round a thoroughly professional job and highly recommended.
