Video call for initial survey followed up by an in person visit who listened to our requirements and came up with a solution that resolved all our concerns for unit placements. The engineers onsite were fantastic and kept noise and dust down to a minimum. They arrived early and completed the install with professionalism and at the end of the day cleaned up so you would not have known they were even here. Post install the explained the operation and setup the WIFI and app setup for us. 100% happy with the service provided by the whole team.
