Ordered a UPS and paid for it. After more than 3 weeks of calling them and emailing them, they finally answered by sending us the wrong UPS. We ordered a unit with an Ethernet port - they sent us one that did not have an Ethernet port. More calls and emails, they never responded, even to this very day more than 2 months after we first ordered and paid. We would accept our money back, but even this was not acknoledged. By the way you cannot call them directly. They use some sort of agency to answer their calls and these are supposed to be handed over to the UPS centre. No idea if they do or do not, but UPS centre never call back. I would NEVER ever order from them and my recommendation is to avoid them at all costs.
