The lamp arrived on time and in good quality packaging.
Unfortunately, the wire guard protecting the glass lamp was found to be broken. I emailed the Customer Care Dept. the same evening and by next morning I had a very nice reply from them telling me that a new replacement lamp was being dispatched straight away at no further cost to me.
The new lamp arrived promptly in perfect condition. Excellent service!
I will have no hesitation in using Universal Lighting in the future.
