My review is more about the way in which I was dealt with when I received my lampshade and it was the wrong colour (completely my fault). I cannot fault the company for the way I was handled and the returns and replacement service. I communicated with someone called 'Eddie' who went out of their way to take photos of different colour shades so that I could choose a new one. I am very happy with the replacement shade and would have no hesitation in recommending the company. Thank you
