As shades go these are not cheap, but worth every penny. Built to stand the rigours of family life they are true to the samples that Universal hold and where slubs can detract from the appearance when the bulb is lit, the lining removes any transfer and they can be left to add character to the unlit appearance. They are not a big as you might think, particularly in the depth of each item, and we would advise checking carefully for the size that is appropriate for your stand. The service from Universal could not have been better and I have ordered other items from them on the strength of it.
