If it were possible to provide six stars for Universal Lighting I would. The level of attention, responsiveness, and reliability far exceeded nearly every other retail experience that I have had. The product is extraordinary, being of high quality materials well fabricated. Though Shipping beyond the UK was out of the ordinary for Universal Lighting a couple of quick email exchanges allow for me have possession of my new lights in 10 days.
