Sign arrived with a completely unreadable number 4 from any decent distance. Everybody that looks at the sign says that it is a 1 and not a 4. I contacted the company to resolve the issue. They refused to correct the problem. They only offered me a discount for a future order. I am not a sign maker but they told me it was not readable because of the font I had chosen. Perhaps a warning not to order that font would make sense?
