This is the second signage I have received as the first was damaged. There was a dent on the original aluminium back plate when I unwrapped it, however the customer service team were really helpful and sent out a replacement. I have now received the replacement aluminium plate and I am very disappointed that this has both a dent and a scratch (making it 2orse tan the guest one I received). I will not unfortunately therefore be able to recommend based on my own experiences. Both packages were wrapped extremely well and the marks did not occur during postage, therefore it is disappointing to realise they were posted out in a damaged state.
