DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I bought The Ultimate Hummer Monster bundle for my son's birthday. I received the Hoverboard and Hoverkart on 16/05/18. I opened the boxes and all looked good. I then wrapped the Hoverboard and Hoverkart, still in their boxes, as it was much easier to wrap boxes. My son was thrilled to receive The Ultimate Hummer Monster bundle. He went to school and we set to on building the Hoverkart. This is where the problems begin: The Hoverkart is poorly manufactured with visible faults and no instructions. I phoned and reported the faults. I emailed the requested photos. No response and no promised instructions. Whilst waiting for the instructions we checked over the Hoverboard. The remote control did not work. The board would not switch off. I then decided to try the board. Big mistake. It went completely out of control and I broke my left wrist in 5 places. Now I cannot drive. The charging port then promptly slipped into the housing unit at a strange angle. Now we cannot even charge the Hoverboard. I phoned again and sent an email with photos of the charging point as requested. I did not hear back from them until I had sent numerous emails pleading to respond. Finally they sent me a DPD returns label to take to a drop off point. I cannot drive and struggled to get the board back to them, very inconvenient since the problems were not my fault. Finally I received the so called repaired Hoverboard (as this is all they were prepared to fix and not replace the Hoverkart) and it was exactly the same as when I sent it to them...grrr! More calls, more emails and more requested photos sent and of course no response. I asked for a full refund because by now I still had a Hoverboard and Hoverkart that was unusable and substandard. Of course my son is frustrated and upset too about the situation. Several emails later and still asking for a refund, I got a reply. "No we can't give a refund, here's another prepaid DPD label and no we can't pick up from home". I read the Terms and Conditions and was infuriated to see any returns had to be within 14 days. Ridiculously unfair for such expensive items. More emails requesting, wanting and demanding a full refund and no response again. I would happily return the Hoverboard and Hoverkart as they are substandard and rubbish. This situation is still on going without a reasonable resolution. This company is appalling. The customer service is dreadful (if you get a response) and I have been treated unfairly and without any consideration to my circumstances. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
