When I first became a landlord over ten years ago I found UKinsuranceNET by far the cheapest provider offering the cover I needed. In all those years the premiums have remained close to what I originally paid, and thus very competitive. The renewal reminders always alert me in time so I can arrange payments and keep my portfolio of flats insured. I rarely have to speak on the phone, but when I do I always get courtesy and a friendly approach from UKinsurance staff. Top marks.
