I,m very disappointed with UK insurance net. I made a claim for storm damage to a roof on my landlords insurance. It's been three months and I,ve heard nothing except my premium for two properties has doubled. What's the point of being insured if you have to pay double for an outstanding claim. I may as well save my money and just buy a new roof.
I,ve been with this company for 12 years and now find they,re good at taking your money but not good at paying out.
