Might be cheaper than competitors, but not good when it comes to customer service. 1-2 working days delivery has turned into 14, and would have been longer if I hadn't picked the item up myself. While this issue lies with DHL, UKTOOLBOX have not responded to messages left on their answer machine. It would be far better if you could talk to a person rather than a machine to try and resolve issues.
