Had to chase for a confirmation but customer service were apologetic, offered an explanation and rectified quickly. However, I am very disappointed with the product. Advertised at 100 dernier but felt very flimsy and then laddered on the first wearing. In the past, I have paid half the price for tights that are still going strong.
