Disappointed that after placing my order and looking forward to receiving my items I was later informed that one of my items was out of stock. The decision was taken by them to refund me the cost of the item. Very disappointing as I would never pay postage on just one item costing almost the price of the item!!!!
I phoned to complain and the person I spoke to was very polite and did offer a full refund. That is why I gave two stars instead of one! Just very disappointing overall!
