An appointment was made for one day, but that was eventually, towards the end of that day, moved to the next day.
There was a scare when the testing had been completed that some things had been cleared from my computer - but this fear was laid to rest when we restarted the computer.
The operative (sorry forgotten his name!) was very pleasant and did the job well.
