Pleasant and efficient operative carried out the service and arrived as booked. Initially the first booking was not for a convenient time and we had to rearrange, despite having told them we needed the testing done between 9am and 12 noon. Then, we had to review the testing on the phone immediately after the service before the service man left the building, which was somewhat time-wasting. Then they rang me the next day requesting payment over the phone immediately, I did not do this, for safety and data protection reasons, and paid online from their invoice. I expected 30 days to pay as we are regular customers, but this was not offered. Office staff pushy, service rep was great!
