The number plates and customer service emails I received were very good, For me the area that made me annoyed and let them down could easily be improved by having in BIG RED PRINT to show the customer before they pay that they will need to upload the official DVLA form and the email from the DVLA confirming I owned the reg was not sufficient. From a business point, I can understand why it is not shown but from a customer side, I feel I could not recommend UKREGPLATES or use them again no matter how good their product is.
