First attempt not very successful, need to know more than the general public are likely to to enable a successful outcome. I thought the map would cover all the area I needed but it didn't, having spent £25.00. However, there is a very user friendly lady at the end of the telephone who couldn't have been more helpful, even discounted the money already spent from the previous map as it was of no use. She was very patient and understanding and we now have the correct map size.
